Why We Built TixelJobs
The problem we set out to solve
TixelJobs was built by Polo Studio to solve a problem every AI job seeker knows too well: fragmented job listings scattered across dozens of company career pages. If you have ever spent an afternoon clicking through Greenhouse boards, Ashby listings, and Lever postings just to find a handful of relevant ML roles, you understand the frustration we wanted to eliminate.
We noticed AI job seekers were spending hours checking individual company career pages — Greenhouse boards, Ashby listings, Lever postings — just to find relevant roles. TixelJobs was built to aggregate all of these into one curated feed. Instead of visiting fifty different career sites every week, you can browse a single board that already has the jobs you care about, organized by role type, experience level, and location.

How It Works
From discovery to your screen in three steps
We Scrape 1,000+ Companies
Our scrapers continuously pull jobs from company career pages powered by Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever APIs, plus additional sources including Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, RemoteOK, and more. We monitor career pages from over 1,000 companies including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, Meta, Stripe, Databricks, and hundreds of startups and enterprises working on AI.
Automated Filtering + Human Review
Every scraped job first passes through automated AI-relevance filtering to remove unrelated listings. Jobs that pass are then queued for human review where our team categorizes each role by type (ML Engineer, Data Scientist, NLP, etc.), assigns experience levels, adds relevant skill tags, and verifies salary data when available. Only jobs that pass both stages make it to the site.
You Browse and Apply Directly
Approved jobs go live on the site with full filtering by category, experience level, location, remote status, and tags. Click "Apply" to go directly to the original company posting — no account required, no middleman, no tracking. The entire board is free to use.

ATS Integrations

We also source from Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, RemoteOK, Arbeitnow, Himalayas, Hacker News, Y Combinator, and Jobicy. This ensures broad coverage across both well-known platforms and niche AI-focused communities.
Refreshed Twice Daily
Our scrapers run on an automated schedule, refreshing the job feed twice per day. New listings are queued for review and typically appear on the site within hours of being posted on the original company career page. This means you are seeing fresh opportunities, not stale postings from weeks ago.
